Trump Responds to Bondi–Bongino Clash, And He’s Not Happy
President Donald Trump has never been one to pull punches or shy away from controversy, and so it was inevitable that he would speak up about the alleged feud between Attorney General Pam Bondi and Deputy FBI Director Dan Bongino.
As the media churns out sensational headlines about Epstein files and internal rifts, Trump’s response is a masterclass in leadership—cutting through the noise, reaffirming his priorities, and exposing the real motives behind the manufactured drama.
But President Trump, true to form, refused to let the media dictate the conversation. In a direct and unambiguous Truth Social post, he threw his full support behind Bondi, blasting critics within his own movement and slamming renewed focus on Jeffrey Epstein as a political distraction pushed by the radical left.
“What’s going on with my ‘boys’ and, in some cases, ‘gals?’” Trump wrote. “They’re all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who is doing a FANTASTIC JOB!” He warned that the internal friction is playing into the hands of his political enemies. “We’re on one Team, MAGA, and I don’t like what’s happening.”
Trump expressed frustration that his administration’s achievements were being overshadowed by endless obsession with Epstein. “We have a PERFECT Administration, THE TALK OF THE WORLD, and ‘selfish people’ are trying to hurt it, all over a guy who never dies, Jeffrey Epstein.”
He questioned why conservatives were giving oxygen to documents produced under the Obama and Biden administrations. “Why are we giving publicity to Files written by Obama, Crooked Hillary, Comey, Brennan, and the Losers and Criminals of the Biden Administration, who conned the World with the Russia, Russia, Russia Hoax, 51 ‘Intelligence’ Agents, ‘THE LAPTOP FROM HELL,’ and more?”
Trump argued that the Epstein files are a product of the same deep-state machinery that concocted the Steele dossier. “They created the Epstein Files, just like they created the FAKE Hillary Clinton/Christopher Steele Dossier that they used on me,” he said, adding that some of his allies are “playing right into their hands.”
He also challenged the idea that Epstein’s files contain any real threat to the America First movement. “If there was ANYTHING in there that could have hurt the MAGA Movement, why didn’t they use it?”
Trump then pivoted to highlight the accomplishments of his administration: “No matter how much success we have had, securing the Border, deporting Criminals, fixing the Economy, Energy Dominance, a Safer World where Iran will not have Nuclear Weapons, it’s never enough for some people.”
He predicted that his administration would eclipse all others in terms of achievements. “We are about to achieve more in 6 months than any other Administration has achieved in over 100 years,” he wrote, reaffirming that “MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN… will continue to be our complete PRIORITY.”
Reiterating his demand for focus on more pressing matters, Trump declared, “Kash Patel, and the FBI, must be focused on investigating Voter Fraud, Political Corruption, ActBlue, The Rigged and Stolen Election of 2020, and arresting Thugs and Criminals, instead of spending month after month looking at nothing but the same old, Radical Left inspired Documents on Jeffrey Epstein.”
“LET PAM BONDI DO HER JOB — SHE’S GREAT!” Trump insisted. He said Bondi is currently investigating the stolen 2020 election and other high-level corruption. “That’s what she is looking into as AG, and much more.”
Trump closed the post with a final warning: “Let’s keep [America] that way, and not waste Time and Energy on Jeffrey Epstein, somebody that nobody cares about. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
The message to supporters is clear. Ignore the noise. Don’t be fooled by media narratives designed to divide and distract. The real work continues—delivering results for the American people, holding bad actors accountable, and restoring faith in the nation’s institutions. Trump’s decisive stand is a reminder that, under his leadership, the MAGA movement remains as strong and determined as ever.
Will that settle the issue for MAGA?
I wouldn’t count on it.
I may settle it in DJT's mind, but it doesn't in mine. He may have faith in AG Bondi, however I don't trust her as much as I do Bongino and Patel. Her "it's on my desk" statement was either cancelled by a need to cover up or it was stump stupid. When Patel and Bongino said "he killed himself" both looked like they had eaten a live scorpion. I want to believe all of them, but someone's lying and we need to know why.
