Men Are Now Suing for the ‘Right’ to Grope Women at Airport Security
Just when you thought the transgender cult couldn’t possibly get any more absurd, they manage to surprise us all. We have reached a point in society where men are actually suing the federal government for the right to grope women. This is not a Babylon Bee headline. This is the reality we are living in, and it perfectly encapsulates the madness of the gender ideology movement.
A biological male TSA agent named “Danielle” Mittereder is currently suing the Transportation Security Administration because the agency told him he is no longer allowed to conduct pat-downs on female passengers. Imagine that! The TSA has this wild, radical notion that women might not be entirely comfortable having a biological male run his hands over their bodies as a condition of being allowed to board a flight. Mittereder, however, believes this restriction violates his civil rights.
Because to the transgender cult, you have a civil right to grope women.
The Transportation Security Administration operates under a policy that is sensible and straightforward to anyone with a grasp of basic biology: Male agents pat down male passengers, and female agents pat down female passengers.
This policy exists for obvious reasons, primarily centered on the privacy and comfort of the traveling public. But Mittereder, who “identifies” as a woman, argues that this rule unfairly targets him. The lawsuit claims that the restriction “impedes her [sic] advancement to higher-level positions and specialized certifications, excludes her [sic] from TSA-controlled facilities, and subjects her identity to undue scrutiny each workday.”
You read that correctly. We are supposed to believe that preventing a male from touching females is an act of oppression that hinders career growth.
Mittereder had been performing these pat-downs on female passengers between October 2024 and February 7, 2025. For months, female travelers likely had no idea that the person conducting their security screening was a biological male. That changed when President Donald Trump signed an executive order on February 7, 2025. This order mandated that federal agencies adhere to biological sex classifications, effectively putting an end to the practice of prioritizing gender self-identification over biological reality in federal policy.
Mittereder’s reaction was typical of someone brainwashed by this ideology. The lawsuit states the policy caused him emotional distress, leading him to leave work early and take more days off to recover from being told he could only pat down men. It claims TSA discriminates “for failing to fulfill traditional sex stereotypes.”
Jonathan Puth, the lawyer representing Mittereder, criticized the policy as “terribly demeaning and 100% illegal.” It is fascinating how the left frames the protection of women’s privacy as demeaning to the person who wants to violate that privacy.
Fortunately, the Department of Homeland Security is standing its ground. They are defending the policy by emphasizing passenger safety and privacy, which used to be the priority for security agencies. DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin hit the nail on the head when she questioned whether “female travelers should be subjected to pat-downs by male TSA officers,” calling that idea “useless and fundamentally dangerous.”
McLaughlin is right. The entire purpose of the TSA is to ensure safety, and part of that involves preventing passengers from being subjected to uncomfortable or inappropriate physical contact. The legal challenge here centers on whether enforcing biological sex-based procedures constitutes unlawful discrimination. But the article makes it clear that the TSA’s same-sex pat-down rule prioritizes passenger security over gender identity claims.
The mainstream media, predictable as always, is busy portraying Mittereder as a victim, while pretending that real women who don’t want to be felt up by a man are the real monsters. They want you to feel sorry for the man who is no longer allowed to grope women and girls at the airport. That’s how sick transgender ideology has become. Kudos to the Trump administration for standing up for real women.

So he's a victim now. How sad. Maybe we should encourage TSA to fire this piece of crap. There's an executive order that is currently in effect, so he hasn't a leg to stand on. If he's actually convinced that he's not a man, then he should be ecstatic over being required to grope men only, unless of course he's actually a transgender lesbian. Then all bets are off.
