House Oversight Committee Drops New Bombshell Report on Biden's Autopen Use
The House Oversight Committee just dropped a bombshell report on the Biden autopen scandal. According to their findings, Biden’s inner circle didn’t just manage his schedule—they orchestrated an elaborate cover-up of his declining mental fitness while governing the country with an autopen and a prayer.
“The Committee’s investigation revealed that Biden officials—at the behest of the inner circle—went to great lengths to prop up the former president as he began losing the ability to independently function in office,” the report explains. “These steps ranged from addressing President Biden’s makeup, clothing, schedule, the number of steps President Biden could walk or climb, the amount of time President Biden needed to read and to spend with his family, working to ‘meticulously stage-manage’ President Biden, limiting the number of events he participated in, lightening the president’s workload, making it difficult even for senior Democrats to access the president, keeping cabinet meetings to a minimum, eliciting ‘direction’ from Hollywood on the State of the Union and other events, and using teleprompters even at small, intimate events.”
This wasn’t your typical staff assistance. We’re talking about a full-scale operation to prop up a president who couldn’t function independently in order to maintain an illusion that Biden was actually in charge.
But here’s where it gets truly alarming. Biden’s aides couldn’t even identify who was operating the autopen that signed official documents and pardons.
“The investigation revealed holes in the chain of custody of the president’s decision binder, which contained decision memos to be signed or initialed by President Biden when approving or disapproving executive actions, as well as numerous instances in which the president’s approval for an executive action or the chief of staff’s approval of signature by autopen was not memorialized,” the report continues.
Of all the questionable moves in Biden’s final days in office, his clemency spree stands out as particularly brazen. No decision memos. No clear explanations. Just a stack of pardons handed out with ethics attorneys at the DOJ worrying aloud about whether the President even knew the violent criminal pasts of the people he was letting go. In short, it looks a lot like Biden was signing off on dangerous criminals without a clue—and Americans are left to wonder how many of these pardons could come back to haunt them.
Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) declared that executive actions taken via Biden’s autopen are null and void, calling this fiasco one of the biggest political scandals in American history.
“The Biden Autopen Presidency will go down as one of the biggest political scandals in U.S. history. As Americans saw President Biden’s decline with their own eyes, Biden’s inner circle sought to deceive the public, cover-up his decline, and took unauthorized executive actions with the autopen that are now invalid,” Comer said in a statement. “Our report reveals how key aides colluded to mislead the public and the extraordinary measures they took to sustain the appearance of presidential authority as Biden’s capacity to function independently diminished. Executive actions performed by Biden White House staff and signed by autopen are null and void.”
The Oversight Committee is now demanding a full Department of Justice review of Biden’s executive actions and a close examination of the aides who invoked the Fifth rather than answer questions about their role in the cover-up. They’re also calling on the D.C. Board of Medicine to review the actions of Biden’s physician to cover up his cognitive decline.
The veil has been lifted. It’s time for accountability.
This isn’t just a scandal—it’s a constitutional crisis. If Biden couldn’t manage even the most basic presidential responsibilities without a team of aides micromanaging him, then who was really running the country? How many executive orders, policy decisions, and foreign affairs moves were carried out while Biden was clueless? And perhaps most disturbing of all: how many people in his inner circle knew the truth and stayed silent with the goal of deceiving the public?
