Donald Trump is president again! It’s a fabulous day, in idead, and it’s great to know that the adults are back in charge. Today is a day of celebration, for sure, but it’s also the start of an epic course correction for our country, and there’s a lot of work to be done.
With a promise to erase what he calls the Biden administration's disastrous legacy, President Trump has outlined an aggressive agenda for his first day back in the Oval Office. According to senior officials, Trump will sign over 200 executive actions aimed at reversing Biden’s policies and fulfilling his campaign pledge of "promises made, promises kept."
One of the most dramatic shifts will come in the realm of border security. Trump plans to declare a national border emergency, leveraging the military to assist the Department of Homeland Security in securing the southern border. He will close the border to illegal aliens via proclamation and reinstate policies like “Remain in Mexico” and “Catch and Release.” Criminal cartels will face unprecedented crackdowns as task forces involving agencies like the FBI and ICE will target their operations. By designating these cartels as foreign terrorist organizations, Trump’s administration will unlock additional tools to dismantle their networks. The military will also be directed to construct a new phase of the border wall. Emergency authorities will be used to suspend illegal entries and facilitate swift deportations, a move Trump argues is essential for national security and restoring order.
Energy policy will see a seismic shift as Trump declares a national energy emergency. Alaskan energy will be “fully unleashed,” with a focus on expanding LNG exports, fracking, pipelines, and permitting. All Biden-era energy constraints will be scrapped in favor of achieving American energy independence. Trump plans to end the electric vehicle mandate, roll back the Green New Deal, and withdraw the U.S. from the Paris Climate Accords—which was never a legally ratified treaty to begin with. Offshore wind leases will also be paused, reflecting a stark departure from Biden’s “green” energy grift.
Federal bureaucracy is another area in Trump’s crosshairs. His administration will push to reform the federal workforce, granting the president greater control over career federal employees. Federal workers who fail to comply with executive directives risk removal, and in-person work will be reinstated across agencies.
More imporantly, Trump will also eliminate all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs within the federal government, a move aimed at curbing what he sees as ideological overreach.
In a bid to restore free speech and accountability, Trump will end federal censorship practices and the “weaponization of government” that he says flourished under Biden. Security clearances for the 51 officials who dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop story will be suspended. His administration will also review foreign aid and NGO funding, ensuring taxpayer dollars align with American interests.
The Biden era of corruption and incomptence is over. As Trump said in his inaugural speech, “The golden age of America begins right now.”
It’s time to get to work.
YAY 👏! God bless the U.S.A!
