DOJ Concludes Biden Is Too Senile to Face Charges of Mishandling Classified Documents
It’s official. Special Counsel Robert Hur has chosen not to bring charges against Joe Biden for willfully retaining, mishandling, and even disclosing classified documents acquired during his time in the U.S. Senate and as vice president.
“We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter. We would reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president,” the executive summary of the report reads. “Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen. These materials included (1) marked classified documents about military and foreign policy in Afghanistan, and (2) notebooks containing Mr. Biden's handwritten entries about issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods. FBI agents recovered these materials from the garage, offices, and basement den in Mr. Biden's Wilmington, Delaware home.”
Despite this, Hur says that “the evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt,” and therefore they decline to prosecute Biden for his crimes.
But why? Well, they think Biden is unfit to stand trial.

That is a pretty damning assessment of the man currently holding the position of, and seeking another term as, President of the United States.
"If you're too senile to stand trial, then you're too senile to be president. Joe Biden is unfit to lead this nation." Alex Pfeiffer, communications director for Make America Great Again Inc., said in a statement.
According to the report, the “classified documents and other materials recovered in this case spanned Mr. Biden's career in national public life.” Here are some photos showing how he kept these classified documents.
