Democrats continue their assault on democracy by forcing through endless recounts. In Washington state, ultra-liberal King County has mysteriously “found” just enough new votes to possibly overturn the election results and make Democrat Christine Gregoire the governor.

We don’t have to play along with this blatant attempt to steal an election. You can help stop it. Donate to the Washington state GOP. Or, if you live in WA, volunteer as a recount observer at info@dinorossi.com.

Today is Wictory Wednesday. Every Wednesday, hundreds of bloggers ask their readers to donate to an important Republican campaign.

If you’re a blogger, you can join Wictory Wednesdays by e-mailing me at wictory@blogsforbush.com. I’ll add you to the Wictory Wednesday blogroll. I’ll also send you a reminder e-mail every Wednesday, explaining which candidate to support that day.

In a desperate attempt to steal another election, Democrats have pushed for a statewide hand recount of the governor’s race in Washington state, where Republican Dino Rossi has a 42-vote lead in the final count. The Washington state GOP needs volunteers to observe the recount so that Democrats don’t steal this election. If you live in WA, please volunteer by contacting the state GOP at 425-646-7202.

Florida. President Bush has a much better chance of winning it than he did in 2000. But we can improve his chances even more, make the state a lock, and replace a Democrat senator from Florida this year.

Mel Martinez is the Republican candidate for Senate from Florida. He’s a Cuban-American immigrant success story, who will help the president attract a larger share of the Hispanic vote. If Martinez wins, he’ll be replacing the notoriously nutty Democrat Senator Bob Graham, who’s retiring this year.

But he needs your help to make this happen. Every ad dollar counts in a large state like Florida. Your contribution could make the difference between a Democrat-controlled Senate that obstructs the president, and a Republican-controlled one that will help him move America forward.

When President Bush is re-elected, he can put genuinely conservative judges on the federal bench for the next four years. We need to send a message to Senate Democrats: they cannot obstruct these nominations. We need to make an example of the obstructionist-in-chief, Tom Daschle.

John Thune is our candidate to do this. He has a slight lead in the polls, but he’s being vastly outspent by Daschle. If you can give $10, $25, or $100, this would be a good time to donate to Thune’s campaign.

There are only about 10 weeks left to the Republican national convention. After that, you can’t donate to the Bush campaign because of campaign finance laws. If you want to make a contribution, now would be a good time.

How important is money to a presidential campaign? Well, it’s so important that John Kerry is considering not accepting the nomination at his nominating convention! Kerry might postpone accepting the nomination so that he can raise more money and spend it (once he’s nominated, he gets a fixed amount of public funding.)

Underhanded tactics like this are giving Democrats an advantage in fund-raising. But we can still beat them because there are more of us willing to donate to the Bush campaign.

Do you want to wake up on November 3, 2004, and hear that John Kerry has been elected president? How will you feel when he starts appointing ultra-liberal judges to the bench, harasses businesses, raises your taxes by vetoing the Bush tax cuts, appeases anti-American world leaders by conceding defeat to the terrorists, and appears night after night on your TV as “President Kerry?”

You can prevent this horror from happening.
