Democrats continue their assault on democracy by forcing through endless recounts. In Washington state, ultra-liberal King County has mysteriously “found” just enough new votes to possibly overturn the election results and make Democrat Christine Gregoire the governor.

We don’t have to play along with this blatant attempt to steal an election. You can help stop it. Donate to the Washington state GOP. Or, if you live in WA, volunteer as a recount observer at info@dinorossi.com.

Today is Wictory Wednesday. Every Wednesday, hundreds of bloggers ask their readers to donate to an important Republican campaign.

In a desperate attempt to steal another election, Democrats have pushed for a statewide hand recount of the governor’s race in Washington state, where Republican Dino Rossi has a 42-vote lead in the final count. The Washington state GOP needs volunteers to observe the recount so that Democrats don’t steal this election. If you live in WA, please volunteer by contacting the state GOP at 425-646-7202.

Florida. President Bush has a much better chance of winning it than he did in 2000. But we can improve his chances even more, make the state a lock, and replace a Democrat senator from Florida this year.

Mel Martinez is the Republican candidate for Senate from Florida. He’s a Cuban-American immigrant success story, who will help the president attract a larger share of the Hispanic vote. If Martinez wins, he’ll be replacing the notoriously nutty Democrat Senator Bob Graham, who’s retiring this year.

But he needs your help to make this happen. Every ad dollar counts in a large state like Florida. Your contribution could make the difference between a Democrat-controlled Senate that obstructs the president, and a Republican-controlled one that will help him move America forward.

Saddam & The U.N.’s Oil-for-Money-for Al Qaeda Program

Interestingly enough, I missed this story, but during my never-ending quest to finish adding blogs to the Blogroll for Bush (yes, more and more requests are coming in daily) I came across a blog that did find the story, which suggests that Saddam was helping to fund Al Qaeda with UN Oil-for-Food program money.

Did Saddam Hussein use any of his ill-gotten billions filched from the United Nations Oil-for-Food program to help fund Al Qaeda?

Investigations have shown that the former Iraqi dictator grafted and smuggled more than $10 billion from the program that for seven years prior to Saddam’s overthrow was meant to bring humanitarian aid to ordinary Iraqis. And the Sept. 11 Commission has shown a tracery of contacts between Saddam and Al Qaeda that continued after billions of Oil-for-Food dollars began pouring into Saddam’s coffers and Usama bin Laden declared his infamous war on the U.S.

Now, buried in some of the United Nation’s own confidential documents, clues can be seen that underscore the possibility of just such a Saddam-Al Qaeda link — clues leading to a locked door in this Swiss lakeside resort.

Fascinating stuff… I urge you to read the whole story… Why hasn’t this story gotten more attention?

When President Bush is re-elected, he can put genuinely conservative judges on the federal bench for the next four years. We need to send a message to Senate Democrats: they cannot obstruct these nominations. We need to make an example of the obstructionist-in-chief, Tom Daschle.

John Thune is our candidate to do this. He has a slight lead in the polls, but he’s being vastly outspent by Daschle. If you can give $10, $25, or $100, this would be a good time to donate to Thune’s campaign.

The Biggest Blog Community Dedicated To A Political Candidate Anywhere

Earlier today I announced on Blogs For Bush that the famed Blogroll For Bush had passed 800 blogs!

This is quite an amazing accomplishment. Remember Howard Dean… Mr. Internet? He had only 90 blogs on his blogroll. John Kerry? He had only 55.

So much for the liberal blogosphere huh?
