Captain Ed can’t call a black man “articulate” without being considered racist by ODub…
I guess ODub has a full deck of race cards waiting to be played…

The liberals, progressives, race/poverty pimps need to keep racial hatred at a certain level to keep the black vote in line. In a similar way, they need for that population to stay in poverty so they can buy their votes with short term aid.
