He’s Right On This One

I have to agree on ODub on this one… in response to the story about the House passing legislation yesterday intending to delaying the removal of Terri Schiavo’s feeding tube, he says, “whatever your thoughts on the case, it has no place in the U.S. House of Representatives.” I have to agree with him on this point.
But, he’s wrong about everything else he says on his site…

Well the tube’s been ordered to be removed. Judge Greer cited Florida’s next-of-kin laws as the reason to respect the husband’s wishes. And it’s true, that DIDN’T belong in the House. It was political grandstanding to please middle America Constituents.
As to whether Terry Schiavo should live or die, I’m not touching that issue with a ten-foot pole.
