Well, I’m back home now, after spending an extra 24 hours out in Mississippi, and what’s the first thing I do after coming home?

Where does the Heritage Foundation come up with these rates of return? They don’t have any detail on the site.
More importantly, when all this money comes out of Social Security to be put into a PRA, how are current benefits covered?
